This creamy grape salad is the best little dessert to have for an afternoon treat. It also makes the perfect lunch combo.

Ingredients:

  • 2 kg green grapes
  • 1 container cream cheese
  • 1 container sour cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
  • 1/2 cup pecans (finely chopped)

Directions:

  1. Wash and cut grapes in half and let dry
  2. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar and vanilla. Mix well using an electric mixer.
  3. Pour the mixture over the grapes and combine until all the grapes are generously coated. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans on top just before serving.
